If you wish to RENEW your membership you just need to login to the Member website and choose My Account/Payments, check your data is correct, and pay. We do encourage you to use the Direct Debit facility from GoCardless.
If you cannot find your password, please email email@example.com with the name of your principal member, your name and membership number, and I will issue you with a temporary one. My recommendation is to go to Lost your password? and Change password straight away as we have had issues with lowercase L and uppercase I being confused and leading to problems, so rather than trying to accurately enter their dreadful automated passwords, take the easy option!
